Photography is an opportunity to capture life through a photograph and I like to seize these moments in time in a modern unique angle. An important trait that reflects my shooting is the ability to visually tell a story through photos. One of the reasons why I enjoy photography so much is the opportunity to meet amazing people and photograph their stories. My modern style comes from a mix of visual design, photography technique, and a creative eye.Since 2003 I have been a computer, business, graphics, and digital media high school teacher. I enjoy investing into the lives of students and I have seen a handful of them become successful in graphic design and photography. I am currently writing my dissertation in educational technology to earn my PhD. I have studied and earned certificates in photography and digital media at the University of Hawaii, Outreach department.
When I am not in the classroom or behind my camera, I am hanging out at the beach with my wife and baby girl...camera in hand.
