Beginnings
Purpose
After teaching graphic design and web since 2003, my high school students encouraged me to start my own studio. In 2008, I launched Modern Mango in Hawaii to help organizations, churches, and businesses around the world with their needs for modern photography, graphics, and web design.
Modern Mango is a licenses non-profit business; all of the money generated from projects goes directly into funding missions work that I am involved in through Faith Followers. From 2005-2008, my wife and I have been able to live and teach in the Middle East and Asia while- Teaching English and helping in the slum communities
- Starting youth sports camps as an outlet for youth
- Holding weekly media based Bible studies for teenagers
I am currently raising funds for missions work in Asia again so I would appreciate the business and enjoy helping you with your projects and needs.

Photography
I see life in a unique perspective and enjoy capturing those special moments in time. I studied photography at the University of Hawaii, taught photography courses, and was a professional portrait's photographer at a studio in Honolulu. I also worked for a sport's photography company while photographing high school basketball, volleyball, and soccer state tournaments.
Web Design
I have taught multiple web design and web language classes at various high schools around the world. I have enjoyed working with various businesses in redesigning and marketing their websites.
Graphics
I have also taught graphic design and my favorite course I taught was yearbook and teaching students how to plan, design, print, and market a quality yearbook. I also worked at a studio in Honolulu creating and preparing graphics for television. - Education

Education
I graduated with a BS in Marketing where I learned how to use graphics to attract the eyes of the public. I then went to get his MA in IT Business Education, which opened opportunities to teach and pass down my skills and knowledge to high school students. I earned six certificates in digital design, photography, and video production from the University of Hawaii. Currently, I am finishing my PhD in Business Technology and hope to teach at the university level.
Photography
After studying photography at the University of Hawaii, I was offered a job as a sports and portrait photographer for a studio in Honolulu. There I learned valuable training and increased my skills and also helped out as a wedding photographer's assistant.
Graphics
I has been the graphic designer for various businesses in Hawaii and has helped market their products and services to increase revenues. I enjoys working with business owners in improving company exposure. I also taught graphic design in Bahrain and Thailand while managing a yearbook class and producing a quality yearbook.Web
Hard to believe but I built his first webpage in HTML in 1998 and my skills and desire for web design has continued to grow. I has built quality websites for over ten business or organizations. I use the latest software and Web 2.0 integration while effectively using blogs and also specializes in online marketing and e-commerce.
Overview
Since I have education, experience, and skills in photography, graphics, and web, I am able to effectively combine and use all three to create multifaceted projects.
